| Dear Greg,
In June 2009, my husband and I were celebrating life. Our youngest son just celebrated his first birthday; our oldest son was gearing up for first grade. I had just began a second career with the deaf, Cliff was excited about his upcoming deployment with the United States Navy, and we were about to buy land in the country to build a home. We were living out the American dream, and thanking God for His blessings. Then, suddenly, our world came crashing down with one phone call, one meeting, a handful of mistakes made by others, and plenty of tears. After fifteen years of dedicated military service, Cliff was looking at being forcibly discharged, through no fault of his own, leaving him and our family enveloped in panic and unsure of the future.
We began searching for civilian representation the same day. We were not having much luck talking with anyone, as it was past business hours on a Friday. After locating your information through your website, Cliff and I thought we would at least leave a message after feeling inspired by your clients’ testimonials. As we sat on the front porch overwhelmed with worry, our tension was broken up by the telephone ringing. Within hours of learning about our unfortunate predicament, you called and immediately starting setting our minds at ease. You discussed your experience and took time to address many of our concerns. Your knowledge of military law and your expedited response placed us in your office within days.
Thus began our year long journey with you, Greg, and you provided our family not only with legal expertise but also emotional support throughout a difficult year. You and your staff were always available and enabled us to overcome every barrier that was set in our way. Your passion and confidence bled through to us, and with every passing day we found comfort through your legal counsel and professional advice.
In June 2010 our well-travelled road became one paved with hope, praise, and joyous tears when Cliff was found without fault, retained in service, and promoted to Lieutenant. Now, thanks to your diligence, persistence, and devotion to innocence, my husband is looking forward to his future assignments with the military. Due to your vast knowledge, and if it is God’s will, Cliff will breathe the salty air and sail the seas until he retires.
Everyone must remember that bad things happen to good people. God allows us to experience the trials and tribulations of this earth in order to grow and become closer to Him. In our case, not only is that true, but it seems He also blessed us with a guardian angel.
Thank you, Greg. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

| Gary,
You were the first person we contacted at the firm dealing with our situation. We were immediately impressed with the proactive tone you set from the beginning. Your professionalism continued throughout the case up through the great hand-over you executed with Theresa. Thank you for all of your hard work and for giving us peace of mind when we so desperately needed it!

| Greg, Melody,
Well I haven't had a good night sleep in over 2 and a half months, and after today I probably won't sleep tonight as well. Greg I want to thank you and your staff for saving my career and the well being of my family after I retire. From day one when I called your firm about my situation early one Saturday morning you were totally honest with what an impossible case I was facing. They way you handled my defense at my administrative separation board was something I've only seen in the movies. You used every piece of evidence possible to prove to the board members from a command that I had only been attached to for a month beyond a shadow of a doubt I was innocent.
I remember when I went to base legal to see about getting representation through the Navy I was still on the fence about hiring you. When I mentioned your name to the JAG officer he said,"Greg McCormack is a "Bulldog"...if anyone can prove you are innocent he can". I knew your were the right defense attorney for me.
Melody Daniels I can't think you enough for staying on me about getting the correct resources you needed to help build the best defense case possible. Tell Greg you deserve a raise, ha,ha. After talking to Greg after my board it was my career path and accomplishments that paid a big part in the findings at my board. Just for the record after a last minute entry of evidence to the board on my behalf by Greg McCormack, the board found a 3-0 vote of "No Misconduct". Melody this wouldn't have been available if you haven't had put it there in my file.
I don't mean this in a bad way at all, but I will probably be in serious debt for the next few years. It doesn't compare to what Greg McCormack and Associates saved me in the long run. You saved my life, my marriage, my military reputation, and my career. If anyone feels that they are facing a "No Win" situation dealing with a UCMJ conviction I highly recommend that you give Greg McCormack a call. I thank you, my family thanks you, and I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

| Dear Mr. McCormack,
Greg: I just wanted to drop you a quick line and say hello. I’ve been selected for Major and the mere fact that I was even around to be considered for promotion I owe to you. I’m now stationed in *********, and although I work some long hours, it’s okay. Every day is a good day and I don’t sweat the small stuff. There are good attorney’s in the world and then there’s you. You’re in a league by yourself. Thank you again for everything you did for me.
|
 |
| Dear Mr. McCormack,
My son’s life was on the line, and my heart was broken. As a mother,
there is no worse feeling, than helplessness. You gave my son his
life back; I will never be able to thank you enough. He now can
continue his career in the Navy, and will be able to hold his head
up high, because you are a great lawyer, you took control, and it
was clear to see, you have a gift. One of honesty and hard work,
and you are a master at litigation in the court room. Thank you
and your staff from the bottom of my heart. God bless and keep you
all.

 |
| Dear Mr. McCormack,
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!! My feet have not touched
planet earth yet!!!!! Scott tried to call yesterday but I was out
mowing the lawn and missed his call............I hope he knows!!!!!
I am so excited!! You are the best, best, best lawyer in the whole
world!!!!!!!

 |
Dear Greg,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for the impressive, well-thought out & honest speech you gave to Judge **** today!! I have faith in the honesty of lawyers now! I know that I speak for many others in saying that **** punishment has already been served (actually, I think a fine should have been enough) & that should have been it; but I realize that this was quite a MIRACULOUS decision not to go by those damn guidelines in a federal case!! It's something that needs to be changed in the law, that each case should be judged individually. Anyways, I was completely riveted to your every truthful word today & wanted to tell you how grateful I am--this decision has changed the course of my life as well as his immediate family and I am eternally grateful for everything you've done for ****. |
 |
| Dear Greg,
Thank you so much for all that you have done. I could not have picked
better representation. Thank you again Mr. McCormack and thank you
to your excellent team of folks, especially Mr. Gary Lemmons. You
have gained my up most respect for the work that you do.
|
 |
Dear Greg,
I cannot thank you, Theresa, Tiffany and your entire firm enough for all you did for me. When I first contacted you my life and my Air Force career of 18 years where both literally flashing before my eyes. You never pulled any punches with me about the seriousness of my situation, but from day one I knew I had come to the right place. You are a brilliant litigator with a compassionate, talented team of professionals backing you and I will be forever grateful. God Bless! |
 |
Dear Greg,
I want to personally thank you and your associates for the outstanding legal support you provided me in preparation for my board. The board's decision was favorable and I could not have done it without the diligent work and meticulous preparation that you and your staff provided. I would like to especially thank your paralegal, Gary Lemmons, for his outstanding support and professionalism throughout the entire process.
If any of my friends, colleagues or relatives requires legal services in the future, I will immediately refer them to your firm. Thanks again and keep up the great work. |
 |
Dear Greg D. McCormack,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent work throughout (name omitted) case. It was truly awesome! Thank God!! Without you we couldn't be able to reach this successful conclusion of this case. Again, we deeply appreciate everything and May the Lord bless and guide you always as you continue to defend the weak in our society. God Bless!!! |

Mr. McCormack,
Sir, it was a little over a year ago when (name omitted) and I came to you with our son (name omitted) situation. You taking on your case gave us a calming relief that we had not experienced since trying to take care of the matter ourselves for over 5 months. Our anxieties, aggravations and frustrations had finally come to an end.
You took an unbearable situation and made it bearable for us. You also taught me a few things that I will never forget. You truly cared about our problems, put us at ease, and answered all of our questions. We were no longer alone in our fight. You saw to it that everything that was needed to be done for (name omitted) was done. Your determination, caring, kindness, compassion, thoroughness and your professionalism are the very qualities that make you such an incredible attorney! You are a credit to your profession!! We are so very grateful to you for everything that you have done for us!!!
Your have a wonderful staff that is reflective of the kind of attorney that you are. They have been extremely nice to us and were always reassuring. We will never forget you or your staff; it is not often that you come across such exemplary people in life. It has been an honor and a privilege. |
 |
The intent of this letter is to first of all express my thankfulness to you for the dedication and attention you put on my case that led to complete legal victory during the Board on 28 September. Now I’d like to let you know that I do give you my authorization that you mention my legal case that you and your associates took care of and its favorable outcome in your legal office web site. I would like you to do this and if you find it appropriate or necessary so to help other service members who are facing adverse legal or administrative actions from the military be more encouraged and confident in seeking your legal representation. And I did choose you to represent me in my legal case based on the other testimonials that can be read in your web site which gave me a good impression of your professionalism, honesty and experience. Thanks very much again and keep up the good work.

Don't get me wrong, I am a patriot. But there are
times, when certain people especially in this day and age, are not
cut out for the military.
If it were not for the services of The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack,
P.C. and his excellent staff we would have been totally lost.
My daughter went AWOL shortly after reporting for her AIT training,
needless to say I was shocked being prior Military myself I was
deeply hurt and had no idea what to do other then encourage her
to return and search the Internet for answers.
That's when I came across the services of The Law Firm of Greg D.
McCormack, P.C I called them and spoke to Mr. McCormack and then
Jenny and I felt immediately relieved. I read through the testimonials
on the website and realized that my daughter's situation might turn
out positive. Of course there is a fee that is worth every penny.
My daughter was dropped from the rolls after approximately 40 days
from AWOL and we were immediately notified by McCormack & Associates
at which time my daughter turned herself into Ft Knox and she was
administratively discharged within the week.
I commend The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack, P.C and his staff for
their vigilance, confidence, professionalism and guidance in assisting
us throughout this most difficult situation.
Thank You ALL!

Officers of the USAF, if your career means everything
to you and the Air Force is your entire life, hire McCormack and
Associates professional military attorney’s
to represent you when the AF has turned their backs on you. As a 12 year career
officer, I was used as an escape goat by the USAF. I was facing an Article 15
and a Court-Martial.
I made the call to The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack, P.C, and
spoke with Mr. McCormack in that very instant. My entire career
and benefits, family and marriage were hanging on the line. Having
Mr. McCormack and staff represent you with their first letter head
to the
Base/Squadron Commander had a lasting impression in the higher
ranking officials, that I had a voice who would fight my case.
A professional attorney that makes civilian attorney’s look
like limp noodles up next to the expertise unity of McCormack and
Associates who’s military law is their expertise. Time is
of the essences, especially for any officer during a high profile
case. Correspondence between myself and Mr. McCormack, and paralegal,
Ms. Burke, was outstanding! Three months later, no article 15 or
a Court-martial was implemented because I had the right team on
my side. Imagine this huge government institution, TheUnited States
Air Force against you. McCormack and Associates took them on, no
civilian attorney can compare. Speak to an Associate and see for
yourself, you have nothing to loose except your military career. |
 |
| I have always believed that the United States
military is one of the most proficient and intriguing paths for
a young person establishing their selves in life. I firmly thought
that the military would be exactly the foundation that I needed
to create the life I have always desired. While the sentiments of
the military being a outstanding institution still remain true,
I was regrettably wrong to think that military life was for me.
After completing boot camp and only a month at my first duty station,
I bought a plane ticket and flew home. I had no idea what the ramifications
of my actions would be or what I would face for leaving.
The only thing that I did know was that the military was not for
me and that I was not going to stay. It was a full six months later
before I realized that a warrant had been issued for my arrest by
the military. I casually came across this information while applying
for a job and my previously crystal clear background check now listed
me as a felon.
To say that I was devastated would be the understatement of the
year. I fell into a state of depression and even contemplated suicide.
With no knowledge of what I would be facing for my mistake, I
knew I wanted my life back but had no clue as to how to fix the
issues that I had created. I decided that if indeed I had to turn
myself over to military control and spend whatever amount of time
in a military jail that was ordered, then that was what I was ready
to do. The thought of military jail time were less frightening then
being an enlisted sailor.
Based on advise from a friend, I went online to find attorneys
in my local area to simply consult with to learn what I should do.
Over a 3 month time span, I met on consultation visits with a total
of "six lawyers that specialize in military law" in my
immediate area. Every time these "military lawyers" left
me with more questions as I walked in having.
Each time I searched for a new lawyer to speak to, The Law Firm
of Greg D. McCormack, P.C website ad popped up. I immediately dismissed
this ad simply because of where the attorney was based. I remember
thinking that I had to find a local attorney that I can look at
face to face to help me through this matter. As previously stated,
I left each of those "face to face" meetings with my head
hung low. I even thought about going to a local recruiting office
and simply telling them that I was AWOL and needed to turn myself
in.
On every occasion I was online searching for yet another face
to face consultation, The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack, P.C ad
continued to pop up. I thought once again, "How can they really
help me? They are so far away in a entirely different state".
Feeling completely helpless and days before I was ready to walk
into a recruiting office to turn myself in, I decided to call.
After the first conversation with this office, I immediately knew
I had found the help I so desperately needed. I was made no promises
and was told exactly what may happen once I was back in military
control. I was told that this office would file all the necessary
paperwork to complete my surrender and be by my side through out
the entire process.
After of course paying the attorney fees, I was told the office
would be in touch as soon as they heard the conditions of my return
from the military.
Less then one week later, I received a telephone call. I looked
at the caller ID and my stomach tied in knots as I read The Law
Firm of Greg D. McCormack, P.C. I held my breath and could hardly
say hello. My only thought was how much time am I going to spend
in a military jail. But that conversation never occurred.
With only the assistance of The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack,
P.C, I was told that I had received an administrative discharge
and did not even have to return to military control for a single
hour!! I was instructed to check my email, complete the paperwork
and my warrant and AWOL status would be removed within 24 hours!
The very next day I was told I was a free man!!
The burden of a year on the run was released just that quickly.
I have given The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack, P.C. permission
to use my name and phone number on this letter if they so desire
so that I can share this story with anyone who may need the same
assistance that I took advantage of. I was not paid for this letter
or received any special treatment at any time. I have never seen
or met any employee of the law firm of Greg D. McCormack P.C., but
I feel forever in debt to them for giving me my life back.

| Dear Greg,
I wanted to send you this thank you note, but wanted to wait until
I had my retirement orders in my hand. My official retirement date
is ****, which is also my wedding anniversary of 27 years. I am
a Major and I am on terminal leave up here in ******. I teach ******
at ****** and I love it. None of this would have come true if not
for you. When you, ****** and myself were standing in that side
room, we all had tears in our eyes. I will never forget what you
said to me. "It is nice to see someone who truly deserves this
get it." Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may God
bless you!!!

| I would just like to thank my attorney and paralegal
for the excellent work they put forth. Oh, by the way, you too Tiffany
(Ha,Ha). They constantly gave me updates on the case which kept
my mind at ease. This firm doesn't come cheap but in the end I felt
it was money well spent. The representation I was given was so professional
and wise that it made the prosecution look like the circus was in
town. The case was over quick and the verdict was pretty easy to
predict since my attorney laid out the evidence Johnny Cochran style.
I would refer any person in the Armed Forces who comes under any
kind of serious allegations to call The Law Firm of Greg D. McCormack,
P.C and give yourself the peace of mind and stress relief you deserve.
After all, it's only your career and future at stake.
Thank you again,
Tim
I shot an 83, two hours after the trial.

| To: Greg McCormack
Thank you,
I want to express my gratitude to you for bringing this nightmare
of mine to a satisfactory conclusion.
When I first came into your office over a year ago, and asked
you for your help I was in disbelief about everything that was going
on with my life in the military. I can't thank you enough for your
support and encouragement through that difficult time in my life.
When my command told me that they where going to send me to a general
court-martial, and that I had no chance of coming out of this without
a dishonorable discharge I had lost alot of faith in the fact that
I would ever see this come to a satisfactory conclusion. I have
no doubt that without your help I would not have gotten out with
an honorable discharge and all of my benefits.
Thank you again for helping me, without your help I would not
have the opportunities that I have today with my new life.

| Greg,
What a turn of events from the moment we retained your services!!!!!!
Myron was home with us this weekend (he flew back Sunday evening)
- just unbelievable considering where he was just a week ago - AND
he has paperwork that officially separates him from the Navy on
Thursday. Greg prior to your involvement in the matter, we were
helpless and had no idea what was going to happen from one minute
to the next; we were at the mercy of the military. This changed
the moment you stepped in. Greg when we met I asked you to please
get him out without a federal conviction - you delivered. As one
father to another, you helped me to give my son and his young family
another chance to live in the USA - as a family. This is priceless,
and we are ALL ever indebted to you...
Anna I also want to thank you for your professionalism and sincere
committed & dedication to this case.
|
 |
| I am moving on in "2006" with new dreams
and ambitions in the US Navy. I would like to thank you for the
services and support I needed. You are a great team and words cannot
express the loyalty and hard work put into my case. Not a day goes
by that I don't think of how I can ever repay you because money
alone is not enough. I am able to continue my career which means
the world to me. Thank you again and I pray that God continues to
bless you and your families and all of Greg McCormack and his Associate
Staff.

Dear Mr. McCormack and Staff:
I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for everything your
office has done to make right all of the injustices brought upon
me by the U. S. Navy. When I first got word that I failed a urinalysis,
I knew there was a mistake but I also knew that no one would have
believed me. Thanks to you and your staff, many fatal discrepancies
were found in the collection and testing process, discrediting
the entire drug-testing program of the command. You know the military
legal system very well and you will do what it takes to protect
your clients, and for that I am grateful.
Most of all I want to thank you for your honesty. At a time when
there were few people I could trust, you always laid the cards
on the table and told me exactly how it was. You are truly a man
of integrity. Everything you said you would do, you did. I greatly
appreciate your professionalism and I wish there were more like
you in the world.
Mr. McCormack, you turned what seemed to be the darkest, toughest
time of my life into the best thing that could have happened to
me. I spent the last two years working toward a degree in Electrical
Engineering while working part time. Thanks to you and everyone
who worked so diligently on my case, I now have only two years
of school left and thanks to your knowledge of the legal system,
the Board for Correction of Military Records ruled my original
General Discharge to be overturned, giving me two years of E-5
back pay while I was attending school and giving me an RE-1 reenlistment
code, allowing me to go back in the Navy in the future but putting
me two years closer to retirement. I could not have dreamed of
a better outcome. Even the Congressman's office expressed how
lucky I was to find representation of your caliber who really
knows the military legal system inside and out. I truly appreciate
everything you and your whole office has done, especially Gary
Lemmons, for all his patience and understanding in dealing with
me and working so hard on the Review Board packet. God Bless you
all.

If you ever become caught up in the the military legal system,
making the wrong choices could cause you to loose your career,
your freedom and the respect of your peers. One of those decisions
is knowing who to talk to and even more importantly knowing who
not to talk too. It doesn't matter how innocent you are. The prosecutor
representing the United States has one job and that is to prove
you are guilty. They're resources are unlimited and will come
at you with every asset at their disposal. I know this because
I found myself caught up in this nightmare. My first wrong choice
was to talk to the prosecutors figuring I had nothing to hide.
That was my first mistake...they turned my statements against
me and used them to compound the charges against me. My second
wrong choice was my legal counsel. I chose to go with a civilian
lawyer figuring he would be more experienced than the military
lawyer I was given to represent me. After 3 weeks of explaining
what had happen in my case he still could not get the facts right.
I ended up making the decision to fire him. That was my first
right decision. The second right one was hiring Greg McCormack.
To make a long story short. Greg investigated the facts as I presented
them to him and interviewed all the witnesses involved in my particular
case. Through his hard work I was able to continue my Naval career
after being convicted at a court marshal and sentenced to no punishment.
Greg will always have my respect and friendship. If you are in
trouble and you need help there is only one right choice and that
is Greg McCormack.

Dear Greg,
It sure was a pleasure to hear from you again. My monetary obligation
to you may have been fulfilled, but I owe you so much more. You
have my eternal admiration and respect. Needless to say that period
of my life is one I seldom try to thing about, however your image
will always shine bright in that dark place of my memory. At a time
when I needed one the most, you were a true Godsend and legal warrior.
My first civilian lawyer took a five thousand dollar retainer and
made zero court appearances, seemed more concerned as to where the
next payment was going to come from, and tried to convince me the
best course of action would be to plead guilty and hope for a reduced
sentence. The next military appointed lawyer left me with the impression
that I was just a switch throw away from the electric chair. I can
truly say I have never been so afraid of a situation in my entire
life as I was at that moment. Only by the help of a Brig counselor
did your name come to my attention. I made the call to you and the
rest is history. It gives me some satisfaction to know that the
U. S. Navy paid for that call which put me in touch with you. I
don’t know how else to put it Greg, I know in my heart that
you are that one-in-a-million, and in a way I owe you my life. If
wish you continued success in your practice and good fortune.

Dear Mr. McCormack,
This letter is to express our deep gratitude for your work in [name
omitted] recent administrative board hearing. We truly appreciate
all you did for us, especially meeting with him and advising him
on Sunday prior to the board hearing. Not many people would have
done that. Our appreciation also goes to Theresa for her hard work
on our behalf. I know in my heart that you made it possible for
[name omitted] to continue his Navy career. We will never be able
to thank you enough. Your attention to detail surely provided the
basis for the final outcome. May God bless you and your staff and
may you continue to fight for the rights of the enlisted. You are
in our prayers.

 |
|
Greg, I think you are a terrific lawyer and I admire your professionalism.
I am very happy with the job you did for [name omitted]. I miss
my daily emails!
Office Staff – you are all very kind and nice on the phone.
That is such a pleasure when troubles invade your life and you can’t

you.

Mr. McCormack,
The entire [name omitted] family would like to convey our personal
thanks and gratitude to you and your staff for the excellent defense
you provided for our son, brother, nephew, and cousin, [name omitted].
We learned of [name omitted] situation just weeks before he was
to go to trial. He carried that burden alone for nine whole months.
[Name omitted] is very private and feels that he can work through
and solve any problem he encounters on his own (very independent).
Needless to say, we were devastated and heartbroken, but never afraid
of the outcome.
We believed in God! Matthew 21:22 says, “All things, whatsoever
ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”
We took [name omitted] situation to our Pastor and our Deacon
and our family members who in turn, along with us, took it to God.
We kept a prayer vigil going even when the trial was in progress.
We know God can perform miracles more than one time and it was proven
through you, in your defense of [name omitted]. We are forever grateful
to you.
We continue to send up praises of thanksgiving to God for safely
delivering our son and for you, Mr. McCormack, for being the instrument
that God used.
|
 |
| Dear Mr. McCormack,
Eleanor and I wish to thank you for the superb and sensitive representation
you provided our granddaughter, [name omitted] during her recent
appeal in the Virginia Beach court system. While the outcome was
not as good as we had hoped, I feel it was as good as, or better
than we could reasonably expect under the circumstances.
Again, we wish to thank you for your services. We feel you did
an excellent job, and we’re grateful.
